Meeting and exceeding client’s mortgage needs and requirements is Carol’s number one focus and personal commitment. She believes an informed consumer is the best customer. As a resident of the Vail Valley for 20 years, and dedicated to understanding the ever changing Vail market, she seeks the best products and programs for her clients. She has bought and sold property here in the Valley as well as built two houses. She understands that the mortgage process can be daunting and is committed to making that process enjoyable. Staying knowledgeable of the financial and market fluctuations, the importance of cost effective procedures and savings her clients money is paramount. Carol brings her 25 years of broad corporate and small business experience to Maverick Lending Network. She joined Staples National Advantage as Vice President of the Midwest, Mountain, South West Divisions, where she succeeded in growing and developing new business, exceeding all expectations and winning the New Business and Profitability Award each year she was with Staples National Advantage.

Prior to that, her years at IBM in sales and product development earned her the Golden Circle and President’s Clubs in the NAD Division and Office Products Division. She has also owned and operated a successful Marketing Consulting firm where she facilitated the buying and selling of small businesses.

Carol is the founder of The Children’s Health Care Project, acting as fund raiser and grant writer and is an active member in the valley’s business and charitable community.
