One of the things that makes Maverick Lending Network unique, is our ability to offer Loans titled in the name of Trusts, and LLC’s.  Most lenders will only title a mortgage in the name of an individual.

Condo Hotel’s and Fractional Ownership properties are very common in the
Mountain Resort Real Estate Market, and this type of property is often very difficult to finance.  Since we specialize in Resort Lending, we have programs for many unique types of properties.

Loan amounts up to 15 Million Dollars, are also very hard to find, however since we are a Private Mortgage Banker, we have exclusive relationships with specialized investors, which allows us to finance very large loan amounts.  Loan amounts greater than $15 million will be looked at on a case by case basis.

Self Employed individuals often have complex financial situations and income is difficult to document without gathering large amounts of paperwork.  We can simplify the process with Stated Income, Stated Asset, and NO Documentation programs, that are based on the good credit standing of our clients. 

We offer Interest Only, and Pay Option Arm Loans, that are excellent options for investors with large amounts of capital, seeking cash flow opportunities; individuals with a short term financing situation; or individuals with a large amount of equity in their property, interested in diversifying equity positions.

At Maverick, we are interested in being part of the solution for financial security, and therefore we do not sell high risk loans to first time home buyers or individuals with limited financial resources.
